Software Sales Representative

Aleyant, a leader in software for the global printing and graphic arts industry, is expanding its North American sales team. Sales target the broad print service industry, including wide format print shops, digital print shops, commercial printers, in-plant print departments, lithographers, specialty print shops, etc.
You will manage and convert inbound phone, email, web submission, and trade show leads into sales of our software. Sales leads and the resulting phone calls, emails, and demonstrations will be entered in a sales management system. Once sold, the customer will be handed-off to support staff for training, etc. Besides daily sales activities, there are regular company meetings via online conference, as well as trade show exhibitor duties that include in-person demonstrations.
We are looking for an extremely reliable individual who loves working with customers, is highly detail-oriented, can adapt to change, absorb and apply new information, and has the determination to learn detailed processes. The person managing this important sales process must be able to setup, demonstrate, and explain a technical products, show how they can be adapted to fit various scenarios a customer may have, and handle many technical, setup and implementation questions. Prior experience demonstrating and selling software products to the print industry would be an asset.

-This is a full-time, work at home position.
-You must live in the US, preferably in the Greater Chicago area.
-Must have a permanent residence with a defined working space that is quiet and free from interruptions and distractions.
-Must have high speed internet connection or be willing to get it installed.
